Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our North American sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in designated regions. Your primary focus will be on selling our solar products to municipalities, government agencies, corporate clients, and potential distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the assigned region.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including municipalities, government agencies, corporate clients, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of EnGoPlanet's solar products to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue government grants, subsidies, and funding opportunities to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of EnGoPlanet's product portfolio and industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote EnGoPlanet's products.
  • Collaborate with distributors, if available, to maximize sales potential and support their efforts.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and attend industry events as needed.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
