Sales Consultant Job Description

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Gillman Subaru.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute dealership sales processes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to stay on top of sales trends and customer demand.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by the Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is a must.
Requirements:
  • Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening, including MVR, drug screen, and criminal background check.
  • Sales license required.
