- Engage with clients and members to deliver essential information and support.
- Clarify member eligibility and benefits details for clients.
- Complete Call Center training successfully and engage in ongoing educational opportunities.
- Adhere to prescribed call scripts and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively, averaging 65 calls daily.
- Record all interactions accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Healthcare Call Center or 2 years in a Call Center with healthcare exposure.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM (assessment required)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
- Strong customer service and communication abilities are preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medi-CAL is advantageous.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is required.
Compensation: $21-$22 per hour
