  • Engage with clients and members to deliver essential information and support.
  • Clarify member eligibility and benefits details for clients.
  • Complete Call Center training successfully and engage in ongoing educational opportunities.
  • Adhere to prescribed call scripts and quality assurance protocols.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively, averaging 65 calls daily.
  • Record all interactions accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Healthcare Call Center or 2 years in a Call Center with healthcare exposure.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM (assessment required)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medi-CAL is advantageous.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is required.

Compensation: $21-$22 per hour
