Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at WMA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone calls.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve quality and productivity goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and phone skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
