Job Overview

At 6002 Pieology, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant operates at the highest level of efficiency and quality, while providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to them.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
