The Nighttime Hotel Attendant will play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and corridors throughout the night shifts.

Shift Details: Overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM on designated days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests with courtesy.
  • Restock supplies and ensure room attendant carts are well-equipped.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including lobbies, elevators, and restrooms.
  • Operate laundry machines to ensure sufficient linen supplies for the morning team.
  • Assist with various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Support shuttle services if applicable.
