Job Title: Overnight Houseperson

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Overnight Houseperson to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel's public areas and corridors during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Stock room attendant carts and supplies.
  • Clean furniture, elevators, glass, and other surfaces in public areas.
  • Tend to laundry machines to ensure ample linen supplies for the morning shift.
  • Assist with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Assist with shuttle service (if applicable).
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 Years Experience in laundry or housekeeping.
  • Hotel Experience a plus.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays).
  • Hotel brand experience a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License (if applicable).
