Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, showcasing strong interpersonal communication abilities and a passion for continuous learning. We are looking for a client-oriented professional with robust problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal individual will demonstrate the capability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with agency management systems and a solid foundation in insurance risk management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business and associated risks.
  • Assist clients in accurately determining their coverage needs.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Insurance, and Safety teams to address clients' claims management requirements.
  • Facilitate regular claims reviews with clients and carriers/TPAs as permitted.
  • Analyze claims data to identify loss trends and support loss prevention initiatives while educating clients on the claims process.
  • Ensure effective communication of loss information to clients and carriers/TPAs.
  • Deliver timely and coordinated claims management services.
  • Support the marketing and placement of business based on clients' claims requirements.
  • Proactively identify strategic approaches for claims resolution, collaborating with adjusters and legal counsel to implement action plans.
  • Manage relationships with insurers, TPAs, adjusters, and safety professionals.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients or changes in insurance partners.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Certifications: Active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license or the ability to obtain one within three months of hire. Industry-related certifications such as AIC/CPCU/CRIS are advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years in the insurance sector is required; knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, as is multi-line experience.
