Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to arena guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Serve snacks and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring neat presentation and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, working effectively with supervisors, bartenders, and other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop and maintain knowledge of beverage and cocktail offerings, accurately answering patron questions and providing recommendations.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or related food service job experience is required.
  • Certifications: Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with employees, management staff, and guests in a clear, respectful, and business-like manner.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
