All In Energy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating an inclusive clean energy economy. We're seeking a fully bilingual Customer Action Representative to help Spanish-, Portuguese-, and Khmer-speaking families in the Merrimack Valley navigate Massachusetts' energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents through every step of their home energy journey, in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or Khmer.
  • Conduct eligibility screenings, assist with finding and scheduling contractors, and make in-home visits to collect data.
  • Follow up with residents, assist with qualification and application support, and maintain organized contact records.
  • Co-manage projects with partner organizations and vendors, and solicit feedback from residents.
Paid Training and Certifications:
  • Attend classes to receive three Building Performance Institute certifications: Building Science Principles, Building Analyst Technician, and Building Analyst Professional.
  • Complete 80 hours of shadowing home energy assessments, decarbonization consultations, and weatherization and heat pump installations.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or Khmer, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for addressing global climate change, equitable clean energy access, or economic and environmental justice.
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and overcome obstacles, work independently, and as part of a small team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience communicating with low-income and/or majority-minority communities.
  • Sales, outreach, or organizing experience, e.g. retail, political canvassing, fundraising.
  • Experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $23.50/hour.
