Job Title: Child Development Specialist

At Partners in Child Development, we are dedicated to nurturing the growth and potential of every child. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and childcare center EI services for children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays or have a diagnosed disability.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and hold a current licensure as a LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LMFT. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pediatric setting working with children under the age of 5 is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of developmental milestones and delays in children, as well as the impact of emotional, behavioral, and neurological disabilities on the child's functioning and development.

The Child Development Specialist will work collaboratively with families, team members, and other professionals to provide therapeutic support addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges for the child and family. This position will participate in evaluations, interventions, and development of the Individual Family Service plan (IFSP) for children and their families.
