Job Overview

Partners in Child Development is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide in-home and childcare center Early Intervention services for children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays or have a diagnosed disability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and hold a current licensure as a LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LMFT. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pediatric setting working with children under the age of 5 is required, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with families, team members, and other professionals. A valid driver's license and the ability to provide proof of insurance coverage for travel between home visits are also required.
