Front Office Manager

As a key member of the Daily Management Inc. team, the Front Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring seamless resort operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Front Desk team members, providing coaching, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with team members, ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Interview and recommend final selection of Front Desk team members, overseeing training and cross-training programs.
- Manage operating expenses and purchases for the department, ordering office supplies as needed.
- Resolve guest problems, complaints, and special requests efficiently and courteously.
- Conduct regular meetings with Front Desk personnel, keeping staff informed of resort activities and reinforcing standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of hospitality-related management experience, with timeshare or resort management experience highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and analyze and resolve problems.
- Significant computer software program experience, especially Excel and Word.
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
The Front Office Manager must be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and use hands and fingers to feel and reach for objects of various sizes, shapes, and weight.
The employee must regularly push, pull, lift, and/or move 10-25 lbs. and occasionally push, pull, lift, and/or move 50 or more pounds with assistance.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus in various settings.
Standards of Appearance:
The Front Office Manager is highly visible in all resort areas and must present a clean, professional appearance, adhering to Daily Management Inc. procedures regarding Standards of Appearance.
Standards of Conduct:
The high ethical standards of Daily Management Inc. must be upheld by all members of the management team, including the Front Office Manager.
