Job Overview

Mega Auto Spa Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Carwash Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including vacuum cleaners, washers, and dryers, to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of vehicles.
  • Perform cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, wiping down/dressing the dash console, door jambs, windows, and surfaces of vehicles, using correct tools and cleaning/protective/disinfecting agents.
  • Keep and maintain the working area clean to ensure safety for coworkers and customers, while completing housekeeping and/or maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized lobby, offices, and restrooms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of work experience in the car wash industry or similar field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Reliable and able to work well with a team and management.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate customer demand.
