Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and process insurance claims and denials
  • Draft and send appeals for denied claims
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medi-Cal Billing regulations
  • Collaborate with our client's team to resolve billing issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or higher level degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical billing or collections
  • Proficiency in billing, claims, denials, and drafting/sending appeals
  • Experience with Medicare reimbursement for inpatient and outpatient claims is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
