Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims, gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties to determine liability.
  • Policies Review: Carefully review insurance policies to ensure accurate assessment of coverage.
  • Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives, ensuring a fair resolution for all parties involved.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate complex claims data.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and claims processing software to efficiently manage claims workflows.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
