Job Title: Installation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Installation Technician to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Mt Airy. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential HVAC systems, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, and geothermal systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all installations and maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; NATE certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
