Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with our Center Director and sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate the Team: Lead and motivate the center team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Market Analysis and Business Opportunities: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Team Development and Action Plans: Work with the team to develop and execute action plans.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management.
  • Client Relationships and Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and oversee the center sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency, and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 years experience in a sales role, and experience in lead/supervisor/leadership (preferred).
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a spa, wellness, or beauty environment (preferred).
