Dialysis Treatment Specialist

Job Summary: As a Patient Care Technician at Davita, Inc., you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring a safe and comfortable dialysis treatment experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
- Provide direct one-on-one patient care, ensuring a safe and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
- Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week.
