Job Title: Sales Engineer - AI Services

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer - AI Services to provide technical direction and business guidance to our channel partner community in North America.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and promoting AI services that address complex business challenges with our partners. This includes building awareness, fostering education, and driving enthusiasm for AI services among both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement specific industry and account penetration strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff with services activities in the assigned market on behalf of Arrow's AI Vendors.
  • Lead in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated services solutions.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in AI, ML, and Data Science/Data Strategy.
  • Act as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and serve as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays or specific business applications and outcomes within an assigned market segment.
  • Successfully build relationships with the Arrow account team, partners, and end users in support of services sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 4 years and an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
  • Real-world AI/ML project end-to-end experiences, including designing, building, and validating successful AI/ML solutions.
  • Demonstrates technical expertise on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Python, MySQL, Github, Git, GO, ETL, OLAP, RDBMS, Scribus, AWS, Azure, Google, or other platforms and programming languages.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Knowledge and experience with applying various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree, neural network, etc.).
  • AI experience with Nvidia, IBM, Microsoft, Dell, NetApp, HPE, and/or other AI vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver quality work on tight schedules.
  • Self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a loosely structured organization.
  • Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.
