You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and comprehensive records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to established policies and procedures.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
