The Chief Financial Officer for the Middle Eastern and African Region will be tasked with managing the financial activities across the MEA area within the organization.

Relocation to Dubai, UAE is a requirement for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulating and implementing financial strategies that align with the broader objectives of the organization. This involves evaluating market dynamics, pinpointing growth avenues, and proposing initiatives to enhance financial outcomes in the region.
  • Generating precise and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Delivering financial insights to internal stakeholders, management, and external entities such as auditors or regulatory bodies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regional financial laws and regulations, including tax obligations, and coordinating audits with external auditors.
  • Establishing and upholding robust internal controls and processes to mitigate risks, protect company assets, and guarantee accurate financial documentation.
  • Overseeing and mentoring finance teams within the region, including controllers, accountants, and financial analysts.
  • Collaborating with regional business leaders and other departments to synchronize financial strategies with operational objectives, providing financial insights and guidance to facilitate decision-making, strategic planning, and resource allocation within the region.
  • Evaluating potential financial impacts within the region, conducting due diligence, and offering financial analysis to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Professional credentials such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable financial leadership role.
  • Demonstrated integrity and reliability.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with all stakeholders.
Compensation

An appealing compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.
