Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will take the lead in orchestrating comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with our organizational objectives. Your role will encompass the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at enhancing member engagement and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary marketing strategist, translating overarching visions into actionable marketing plans that ensure impactful messaging and creative deliverables across various campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and marketing teams to identify and leverage opportunities for product engagement, retention, and cross-selling across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies, utilizing member insights and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign briefs and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and facilitating effective execution across owned and paid media channels.
  • Contribute to the development of the marketing roadmap by managing the strategy for campaign execution and performance testing.
  • Serve as a key member of marketing scrum teams, assisting in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to ensure alignment with product objectives.
  • Establish criteria for marketing deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support essential business processes, including budgeting, compliance reviews, and project management, to ensure seamless marketing operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and member insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future marketing efforts.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating marketing strategies and outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with external advertising agencies to ensure cohesive execution of media plans and creative strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the marketing team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading significant marketing campaigns with measurable business impact, including strategy formulation and execution.
  • Strong background in client management and project leadership, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies that align with business priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making and solve complex marketing challenges.
  • Familiarity with financial and marketing industry trends and products.
  • Experience with various software tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Preferred: Certification in Product Ownership or related training.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Healthcare InfoTech's products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
