What will you be doing?
In the role of Account Associate, you will engage with our most critical accounts within the Public Equities sector. Collaborating closely with an Account Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure that our key clients are fully utilizing the extensive range of solutions offered by Third Bridge. By establishing strong partnerships with current users, you will harness the wealth of transcripts, insights, and connections available, effectively addressing client challenges and enhancing their overall experience.

Your engagement with our content will enable you to become proficient in all Third Bridge offerings and relevant expert contacts. By actively interacting with client businesses, you will gain a deep understanding of their current needs while anticipating future demands. This dual focus will position you as a trusted advisor, allowing you to recommend new transcripts and additional content that supports their due diligence efforts. Your objectives will center around maintaining and expanding client relationships.

As the representative voice of your clients within the organization, you will analyze and communicate market feedback to influence Third Bridge's future product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
