Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Service Department team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and join a dynamic dealership with a strong reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and text.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the Business Development Center team in responding to internet sales leads and maximizing profit potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the executive team to establish goals and benchmarks for the Business Development Center team.
Requirements:
  • Previous automotive experience is required.
  • Strong computer, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
