Job Title: Line Cook

Join the St. James Hotel team as a Line Cook, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for our guests. As a member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our Chef to create delicious dishes that showcase our hotel's commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to seasonal menus and health and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist the Chef in food preparation and plating.
  • Work efficiently and accurately to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of cooking experience in a restaurant environment.
  • Basic understanding of reading recipes and cooking techniques.
  • High School diploma or currently pursuing a GED.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • ServSafe Certification or recognized equivalent.
