Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and are ready for guest accommodations in a timely manner.
  • Administer the supervision of all floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably with properties exceeding 500 rooms.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
