Team Overview

The GTM Operations team plays a vital role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales organization. By collaborating closely with sales teams and various departments across Stripe, we drive strategic initiatives that contribute to our success. The Sales Strategy and Operations function is essential for the growth of our sales organization, focusing on optimizing processes, developing sales programs, and providing actionable insights to support sales growth. We pride ourselves on being trusted partners to the Sales Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a systematic and scalable approach to pipeline generation and progression through tailored Sales Programs based on industry, segment, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Global Sales Programs Lead to select and prioritize sales plays that align with market needs, providing insights to shape the design and materials.
  • Integrate sales play execution and performance tracking into regular business rhythms, facilitating the pipeline planning process in conjunction with Marketing and Enablement.
  • Continuously analyze pipeline performance to identify priority areas for improvement, devising and executing strategies to enhance pipeline quality and speed to close.
  • Work alongside EMEA and APAC Sales Programs teams to create and implement a unified sales programs strategy and best practices.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing standard methodologies for pipeline generation and progression, fostering accountability and ownership of processes, and optimizing collaboration among core GTM teams.
Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who meet the essential qualifications for this role. Preferred qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Essential Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales strategy, operations, programs, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • A results-oriented mindset, passionate about driving business outcomes and implementing change.
  • Ability to creatively address challenges with limited resources in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and urgency.
