- Work closely with the sales department to pinpoint cross-selling opportunities and foster business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company protocols when finalizing insurance policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and managing policy adjustments efficiently.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing commercial lines accounts.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Possession of an active Property and Casualty Agent/Broker license.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic is advantageous.
- Competitive salary range from $85,000 to $130,000 annually.
