Foster Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children and families to develop and implement individualized plans to promote healthy relationships and communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources to help them care for children in their homes.
- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives and provide advocacy for children and their families.
- Teach skills such as emotion regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication to promote healthy relationships within families.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or a master's degree in a human services field, with two or more years of experience in the human service field. A strong desire to help families build on their strengths and connect with community resources is essential.
