The Opportunity:
Crittenton Children's Center is a leading provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and their families in the Kansas City area. Our 96-acre campus offers a serene and private environment for healing.
We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
The Work:
- Provide case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
- Support crisis intervention and placement services.
- Advocate for educational needs and authorize services as necessary.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
- Provide permanency testimony in family court.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure permanency planning.
- Develop and implement adoption plans.
- Recruit potential adoptive resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in social work.
- Clean driving record and applicable vehicle insurance.
