About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising efforts and helping us achieve our mission.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our donor database, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for financial, in-kind, and volunteer contributions.
  • Provide monthly financial reports for our accountant, assist with annual closing, and support audit preparation.
  • Generate weekly donor reports, tracking recent donations, donor history, and any relevant updates.
  • Coordinate donor stewardship, including personalized acknowledgments for financial, in-kind, and volunteer contributions.
  • Organize thank you calls and special acknowledgments for donors.
  • Proactively research potential donors and recommend follow-up strategies.
  • Support outreach efforts for workplace campaigns, attending donor information fairs.
  • Act as a resource for donors and prospects, managing general inquiries via email and phone.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in development or a related field.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, staff, and volunteers.
  • You are highly organized, with exceptional time management and project management skills.
  • You have experience with data entry and database management, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
  • You are passionate about making a difference and committed to upholding our organization's values and mission.

What We Offer:
