About the Role

Prominent Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Proposal Development Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative proposals, presentations, and other materials that help win new projects for PGS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate proposal preparation activities, collaborating with leadership to ensure timely execution and compliance with federal RFPs.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, compliance matrices, and writing assignment matrices to support the proposal development process.
  • Create and edit proposal documents, including RFI responses, proposals, and other business development artifacts.
  • Analyze solicitations to identify proposal requirements impacting format and production.
  • Assist with proposal lifecycle management, coordinating meeting logistics, schedules, and proposal documentation.
  • Edit and format RFI responses, proposals, and other business development documentation.
  • Develop original content for business development artifacts as required.
  • Maintain the past performance library and ensure all proposal content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Create and maintain templates and standard response libraries to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Draft responses to Requests for Information (RFI).
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting proposal development for federal contracts.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Effective time management, demonstrated punctuality, and reliability.
  • Experience multi-tasking and effectively balancing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support working in a team environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and graphics design tools (Adobe products preferred).
  • Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint, including setting up and managing groups and project team sites.
