LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Winter Haven area. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in selling potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership, guiding customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with potential homebuyers
- Closing sales and meeting annual sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive homebuying experience
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Top producing sales record and a competitive spirit
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Ability to work on weekends and be flexible with scheduling
- Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred
- A valid driver's license is required
- Willingness to obtain an active real estate license
