Accounts Receivable Specialist - $16.50/hour (**on site position**):
The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is part of our Finance Department and reports directly to the Finance Manager. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in client billing. Candidates should be organized, self-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage payor invoices
- Review billing reports to ensure accuracy prior to invoice dispatch
- Execute timely billing to payors via email or designated platforms
- Handle revisions and resubmissions of payor invoices
- Collaborate with Management and other Departments for billing adjustments
- Address payor billing inquiries and concerns
- Analyze and report on Client Billing Trends
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in electronic billing or alternative submission methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Computer literate and tech-savvy
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Professional communication with colleagues and business partners
