Maintenance Specialist

The RMR Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties.
This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and carrying out minor repairs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to support the overall maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal regulations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
- Diagnose and perform minor repairs involving electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, and other areas as needed.
- Coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
- Report all major repairs and needed requisitions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
