Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or maintenance role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications: Must achieve minimum required score on Work Keys tests.
