  • Maintain food and beverage quality and consistency
  • Communicate repair and maintenance issues to the General Manager
  • Check inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with financial aspects of the business and perform daily bookkeeping
  • Communicate effectively with all employees, managers, and guests
  • Accept direction and constructive criticism from management
  • Write and post the FOH schedule

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
