Job Title: Account Executive

At Townsquare Media, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses in the Yakima market, providing them with innovative marketing solutions to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine strategic plans to identify, connect, and close new business opportunities in the local market
  • Prospect and identify potential clients using our proprietary data and analytics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Utilize your influencing and relationship-building skills to provide exceptional client service, research, and market analysis to create successful marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for bringing our premier marketing and advertising solutions to local and regional businesses in the Yakima, WA area
  • Diversify our clients' solutions through cross-selling a variety of marketing solutions, including broadcast, digital, live event sponsorship, and more
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals
  • Strong marketing acumen and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience selling or working with digital and multimedia advertising solutions
  • 1+ year of sales or marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Goal-oriented, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow a career in sales
  • Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
