Key Responsibilities:- Provide clerical support to management staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Assist with human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable education and two years' experience in administrative and/or executive-level assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR database programs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
