Job Description

Perficient is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Contact Center solutions and Twilio expertise to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of functional requirements, create and groom user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and engage in testing efforts.
  • Partner with stakeholders, clients, and product managers to understand requirements, capabilities, and user experience.
  • Ensure engagement and ongoing involvement from the cross-functional team to provide a continuous feedback loop into the product development process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and product managers to align product roadmaps against known dependencies.
  • Define, prioritize, and own the product backlog to reflect the solution scope, vision, and roadmap.
  • Conduct final user acceptance testing and sign-off of a given user story upon completion of development of requirements.
  • Influence and negotiate with business based on product capabilities and product needs.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner with a strong background in Contact Center solutions and Twilio expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive conversations independently with challenging stakeholders and extract business needs and convert them into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Experience as a SME and first point of contact from the product team.
  • Experience in documenting architecture and current/future state flows.
  • Experience in translating technical requirements to user stories.
  • Quick learner and highly adaptable to changing needs and environment.
  • Motivated and self-driven to sustain in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAFe experience.
  • Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
What We Offer

Perficient offers a competitive salary range of $64,974.00 to $149,000.00, depending on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
