Position: Early Childhood Educator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to various developmental stages.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
  • Facilitate daily activities that enhance social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns.
  • Ensure a clean and organized classroom, promoting a healthy learning environment.
  • Engage in professional development and educational enrichment opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a daycare or preschool setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • A collaborative spirit to work effectively with fellow educators and staff.
