  1. Employ your expertise in industrial engineering principles to devise innovative solutions that meet client demands.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Chief Solutions Officer and relevant stakeholders to grasp client specifications and adapt solutions accordingly.
  3. Create process flows and strategies aimed at optimizing supply chain management and improving operational efficiency for clients.

Value Proposition Communication:

  1. Collaborate with the team to ensure our value proposition is clearly articulated to clients through diverse channels.
  2. Develop persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase the distinct advantages our solutions offer.

Client Engagement:

Qualifications:
  1. PhD in industrial engineering or a related discipline is required.
  2. Demonstrated experience and expertise in industrial and manufacturing process design, particularly in supply chain management.
  3. Prior experience in supply chain management roles within operational functions is highly desirable.
  4. Strong analytical abilities to dissect complex issues and formulate innovative solutions.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  6. Proven ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  7. A commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  8. STEM background preferred, with a strong inclination towards process-oriented thinking.

Compensation: Base Salary Range – Based on Experience
