About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and managing supply chain SAP tools, collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure smooth SAP and supplier portal integration, and conducting regular audits and performance reviews of the supplier portal tool to identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage supply chain SAP tools to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth SAP and supplier portal integration.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of the supplier portal tool to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide feedback on the tool to ensure accuracy and optimize performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot the new supplier Portal tool and reduce the risk handled in managing the warehouse data.
  • Validate the information received and work in our supplier portal to create the ASNs.
  • Generate ASNs within the new Supplier Portal to facilitate accuracy and optimize the process to provide high-quality service/product with adequate information.
  • Analyze data and methods to predict and improve products and services to suppliers.
  • Ability to be detailed in reviewing information from suppliers and have a strong understanding of supply chain and warehousing principles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or supply chain role, ideally with a focus on logistics, inventory management, or distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP tools, including implementation and management of supply chain modules.
  • Experience in working with supplier portals or similar digital systems to manage supplier relationships and data.
  • Experience in analyzing supply chain data to improve processes and predict trends.
  • Prior experience in conducting audits and performance reviews to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems within a supply chain context.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
