Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Building Solutions Team at City Wide Facility Solutions in Indianapolis. As a Commercial Building Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
You will work closely with clients to understand their facility maintenance needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the facility maintenance industry, and a proven track record of success in cold calling, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $90,000 per year, car allowance, bonuses (quarterly), and uncapped commission pay (first 6 months guaranteed – paid monthly). We also provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(K) retirement savings plan with company match, 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO.
