As an Auto Finance Business Development Representative, you will promote and present our indirect Auto Finance program to existing and prospective automobile dealer customers, aiming to maximize account penetration, profitability, and growth within your assigned territory. You will educate and advise dealers on program features and benefits best meeting their needs to increase the quantity and quality of indirect auto loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain existing relationships with automobile dealerships through regular contact to increase indirect auto loan origination volume and application quality.
  • Provide consistent support to automobile dealerships, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our processes and procedures, conducting training on all facets of doing business with us, and reviewing their performance scorecard.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for automobile dealer clients, resolving underwriting, documentation, compliance, and servicing issues.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop new relationships through proactive sales calls, presentations, and referrals to help increase indirect auto loan originations.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and gather competitive landscape information to inform management and drive specific business development tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Auto Lending, Consumer Lending Industry Sales.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
