Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Line Technician to join our manufacturing team at Church & Dwight. As a Line Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to meet quality, scheduling, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment: Safely operate equipment to meet quality, scheduling, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure quality standards: Verify materials and components for orders, and ensure all quality standards are met.
  • Participate in machine set-up and changeover functions: Participate in machine set-up and changeover functions to ensure efficient production.
  • Assist with AM functions: Assist with autonomous maintenance functions, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify areas of waste and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize computer systems: Utilize a computer to operate company software and electronic systems.

Requirements:

  • Good oral and written communication skills: Effectively interact with employees and communicate with team members.
  • Good organizational/time management skills: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
  • Education and experience: High school diploma or GED, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
