Operations Director

Church & Dwight is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our plant production, quality, and maintenance teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality, low-cost finished product while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement improved manufacturing strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead daily production meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Develop and maintain department budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Implement Lean and problem-solving methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of line technicians and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Lean culture.
• Supervisory experience in a 24/5 or 24/7 environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
