A Production Line Technician is tasked with overseeing the packaging, labeling, and visual quality assessment of all products on their designated production line.
Flexibility is essential, as this position may require working 40+ hours weekly, including weekends. We offer both 8 and 12-hour shifts with options for next-day starts.

Key Responsibilities:
The duties of this position encompass, but are not limited to:
- Upholding a safety-first culture
- Conducting final visual inspections and labeling of finished products to ensure quality
- Monitoring production output to maintain efficiency
- Following standard operating procedures for packaging products for delivery
- Maintaining a safe work environment through consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Assisting with tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns, and downstream equipment setup
- Staying informed on product specifications and packaging requirements
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, including facility cleanliness
- Investing in your career through training programs offered by ADS

Physical Requirements:

This role requires a full range of motion, including twisting, bending, reaching, and the ability to mount and dismount industrial equipment.
Candidates must be able to stand and remain active throughout an 8-12 hour shift.Ability to utilize hands, arms, and legs for handling and transporting finished products.
