Critical Care Nurse Specialist

A well-respected health system in South Carolina is seeking a dedicated Critical & Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role in high-intensity environments. This essential position focuses on managing critically ill patients and ensuring optimal outcomes. A generous $7,500 relocation assistance is offered. Compensation:
- $6.00 night shift differential.
- $4.00 weekend differential (stackable).
- $1.25 evening differential (stackable).
- Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients using medical history, observation, and diagnostic data.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments, and monitor progress.
- Provide immediate interventions in emergencies, including ACLS and trauma care.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Education: BSN preferred; ADN accepted with relevant experience.
- Licensure: Active RN license in South Carolina.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in critical or acute care settings.
